This report has been prepared for Al Mohandes Paints Co. Ltd (Sudan) following a brief visit to a graphite deposit located in Southeastern Tanzania. The deposit lies within a concession leased by Sootexmineral Investment Limited, which holds five prospecting licenses (PLs) covering a total area of 258.6 square kilometers.
The purpose of this visit, conducted from December 10 to 12, 2021, was to evaluate the potential of the graphite deposit within this concession. During this time, only two of the five PLs—PL 10809 and PL 108010—were examined. These two licenses span an area of 38 square kilometers.
The areas covered by PL 10809 and PL 108010 are of particular significance, as they host the most promising graphite target zones identified in previous assessments (Moye, 2019). This preliminary visit provided valuable insights into the potential for further exploration and development within these key areas.
